Vandalia-Butler Booster Association

Join the Vandalia=Butler Booster Association!  With your membership, you are supporting our athletes, parents, and coaches.  Your membership will allow them to maintain the tradition of excellence that marks all sports in our school district's athletic program.

You can choose from a $100.00 SUPER Booster membership, a $50.00 GOLD Booster membership, or a $25.00 PURPLE Booster membership – all contributions help our student-athletes.  Please commit by August 7th, so that your name will be listed in our fall sports program. All monies received from this membership drive go directly to the athletic programs at Butler High School and Morton Middle School under the approval of our Board of Directors and the Senior High Director of Athletics. (Note: If you are listed in the fall sports program, you will automatically be in the winter program).  Please click on the link to become a Booster.

What Boosters Do?

·       Financial management of all funding & expenses across all sports programs.

·       Provide financial support for individuals & teams advancing to regional & state post season play.

·       Mileage reimbursement for scouting trips for teams that make the Regional State Tournament.

·       Fund the purchase of Championship Rings for our State Champion Teams and Individual Athletes.

·       Assist with multiple sporting events on the field, in the booth, crowd control and statistics.

·       Meet monthly to discuss all issues surrounding Aviator Athletics & the direction of resources.

·       Annual payment of Liability Insurance Premium.

·       Championed the $100K renovation of the David & Cheryl Kudla Center for Strength & Fitness.

·       Provide two $1,000 annual Scholarships in collaboration with The Dan Thobe Scholarship Program.

·       $7,000 to revitalize the plaque awards & trophy case.

·       $4,500 Morgan Rolling American Flag for the Student Activity Center.

·       $12,000 in two cutting edge P.A. systems for girls Softball and boys Baseball fields.

·       $7,000 in collaboration with the Wrestling Team & Athletic Dept. for new matting.

·       $2,500 towards the purchase of a girls and boys Basketball Dr. Dish Rebounder Machine.

·       $2,100 towards the purchase of a new Volleyball net, pads, referee stands and antennas.

·       $2,000 towards the purchase of a Five Man Football Sled.

·       $8000 to Purchase "AVIE", our new Mascot whom debuted in the fall of 2024.

·       $1550 towards a New Custom Trainer Table in the SAC.

·       $750  towards a Tennis Ball Retriever Machine for boys and girls Tennis.

·       $3000 towards a Golf Cart to be used by all Aviator Athletic Teams outfitted in Purple and Gold.

·       $5000 towards the purchase of a New Scoreboard for Girls Softball.

·       $2000 towards the lights and fog machine for the SAC, and a record board for Girls Softball dugout.

·       $3800 to reimburse the 2025/2026 State Tournament Athletes for Hotel and Meal expense.

·       $6000 to purchase software licenses for "clean" music and graphics generators for all the Teams to use.
